In order to help with the
cost of the summit, we would like to offer you the opportunity to pay for the
retreat in installments. If you would like to take advantage of this
plan a $30.00 non-refundable deposit is due by Friday
January 22, 2011 to confirm your registration. The
balance is due in full before Friday, April 2, 2011.
