retreat dates?

Q. What time does the
retreat begins?
A.
You will access to view the final agenda on or before April 30, 2011 via the
website.
Q: Can I register for
part of the conference/retreat?
A: We do not have the ability to check registrants in session by session;
therefore, we do not offer partial registrations.
Q: Who must pay to register?
A: Everyone who attends the retreat is expected to register. Only those
registered will receive conference materials and dinner, breakfast and lunch.
There are tremendous costs in hosting a conference or retreat, and it would be
our expectation that all who benefit from it would support it.
Q: Is there a group discount?
A: There is not a group discount. All registrants receive the same materials
and conference benefits; therefore, costs are not reduced and no discount can
be given.
Q. How much does the
conference cost?
A.
The requested registration fee is $155.00 the actual cost of the conference per
participant. You can choose the installments plan or pay in full.
Q. Do I need a major
Credit Card to confirm by registration the day of the retreat?
A.
Yes, you will need to confirm your room. Your card will not be charged unless
you use the Hotel amenities.
Q. What name do I

Q. Can I donate money
to the conference?
A.
Yes, you can donate money to
the conference. Thank you!
A. Can I volunteer my
time in place of a registration fee?
Q.
We welcome people's contribution of time and energy to
promote the retreat
before hand and facilitate it during. But we still request that you register
for the retreat.
Q. Can I stay over
until Sunday? Yes
A.
Additional night stay will cost $79.00 plus tax.
Q. What forms of
payment are accepted?
A.
Cash, checks, money orders, Visa and Master cards. All checks must be
immediately negotiable. You can also pay
online by using Pay Pal. We encourage you to use Pay Pal; it is the easier
and the fastest way to process your payment.
Q: Are men allowed at
the conference?
A: Only those who will be working on the cameras, equipments or in the gospel
group. Men will not be allowed in any of the workshops. Topics are designed for
women of God to fellowship with one another in the present of the Holy Spirit.
Q: Are children allowed at the
conference?
A: The retreat is designed for women and young ladies 13 or over. There is no
childcare or children’s programs planned. Children are not prohibited, but
parents must consider that the schedule can be very demanding for children.
Q: Must I pay to register my children?
A: If parents determine that their child or children can endure the difficult
retreat schedule, they must register all children.
Q. How many people attend the
conference?
A. We expect approximately 80 - 100 participants to attend the retreat.
Q. How do I register for the conference?
A.
You can complete the online registration form and submit your payment by credit
card.
How much does it cost to attend the
conference/retreat?
The total cost for the conference/retreat is $155.00. This covers your three
meals, overstay, workshops, retreat material, etc.
Q. Will there be an opportunity for
participants to network or fellowship during the retreat/conference?
A. Making new contacts, sharing experiences, fellowshipping or networking is
important to many participants. During the retreat/conference, there will be an
opportunity to meet new women’s of God.
Q. Will I get a
receipt if I use the payment plan?
A.
Yes. If you use Pay-Pal print a copy of the confirmation for your record.
Q. Will I get a
confirmation if I registered on the website?
A.
Yes, a confirmation will be generated when you submit your registration form.
Please remember that payment must also be submitted at the time of
registration.
Q. Can I have a
single room?
A.
Yes, Single room or a room with a King side bed will be an additional cost. Check
with the Radisson.
Q. The conference is
based on double occupancy; you must share a room with some. Do I have my on
bed?
A.
Yes, each participant will have their own bed.
Q: Will the
conference/retreat be available online?
A: Portions of the conference/retreat will be available on Youtude
or other sights.
Q: Will DVD’s be
available?
A.
DVD’s will may be available upon request for $15.00.
Q. How can I arrange for special assistance?
A. If you require an auxiliary aid or special service while attending this
retreat, you will have the opportunity to request this service during the
registration process. However, if you need assistance before this time, please
contact Marriot Southfield Hotel.
Q. Are vendor tables
available?
A.
Due to limited space, vendor’s table will be available for conference
facilitators or committee members.
